ITC Hotels Q1 Results.
ITC Hotels Q1 Results: ITC Hotels Ltd on Wednesday posted a 53 per cent surge in its consolidated net profit to Rs 133.71 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its consolidated revenue from operations in April-June 2025 also rose by 15.46 per cent to Rs 815.54 crore, compared with Rs 705.84 crore in the year-ago period.
Its net profit had stood at Rs 87.16 crore in the first quarter last fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.
The company’s total expenses in Q1 FY26 were higher at Rs 674.97 crore as compared to Rs 596.41 crore in the same period last fiscal.
Its hotels segment generated a revenue of Rs 801 crore in Q1 FY26. This is nearly 16 percent higher than the Rs 690 crore revenue generated in the same period last year.
Following the results, shares of ITC Hotels on July 16 surged by over 5.5 per cent to trade at Rs 240.96 apiece on the NSE, as of 2:46 pm.
The shares of the company had made an IPO-less market debut earlier this year, after the firm’s demerger from its parent ITC. Last year, ITC announced its decision to demerge its hotel business into a separate listed entity, in order to unlock value for shareholders. It had fixed the demerger ratio at 1:10, which meant that shareholders holding 10 shares of ITC, as on January 6, 2025, would receive one share of ITC Hotels post the demerger.
