Shares of Ola Electric rebounded sharply on Monday, snapping a five-day losing streak with a gain of 9.49%; What should investors do now?

Shares of Ola Electric Mobility Ltd rebounded sharply on Monday, snapping a five-day losing streak with a gain of 9.49% to hit a high of ₹43.60. At last check, the stock was trading 4.77% higher at ₹41.72. Despite the recovery, the stock remains down 51.62% year-to-date in 2025.
The bounce came even as the company reported a wider year-on-year consolidated net loss for the April–June quarter of FY26 (Q1). Net loss increased to ₹428 crore from ₹347 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also saw a steep 49.64% decline, falling to ₹828 crore from ₹1,644 crore a year earlier.
However, the quarter-on-quarter performance reflected improvement. In Q4 FY25, the company had posted a net loss of ₹870 crore and revenue of ₹611 crore, making Q1 FY26 numbers a step up sequentially.
In a statement, Ola Electric attributed the results to strong financial discipline and improved operational execution. The company noted a sharp recovery in its auto segment EBITDA margin, which improved to -11.6% in Q1 FY26 from -90.6% in Q4 FY25. June also marked the first month of positive EBITDA for the auto business. Consolidated EBITDA margins improved as well, rising to -28.6% from the previous quarter.
